・Name, phone number and e-mail address acquired via an inquiry.
・Information acquired via a questionnaire or similar that may be conducted .

(1) Scope
This Privacy Policy is applied to everyone who uses this site (hereinafter referred to as "User"). This Site introduces links to other websites to provide useful information and services to its Users. Note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the linked site. When accessing each site, we recommend that Users check the contents of each privacy statement separately.

(2) About the use of personal information
Personal information is mainly used for the following purposes.
・To provide site-related services
・For contacting about matters pertaining to the job fairs
Contact details may be shared with Okinawa Prefecture, Okinawa Convention & Visitors’ Bureau, and event exhibitors.
・For various surveys and research on the recruitment of global talents
The information collected from each person will be collated into statistics for analysis and disclosed to third parties.
However, no personal information that may identify individual persons will be disclosed.

(3) Limitations on the use of personal information
This Site's operators will not disclose any information that can identify individuals nor provide any registered personal information to third parties without the consent of the User. Personal information limited to the content mentioned above (2) is provided to third parties only in cases where the User's consent has been given.

However, in the event that This Site's operators entrust the following kinds of work to an external contractor, personal information may be shared after a confidentiality agreement with the company or companies has been made. (See (2))
・When outsourcing the correspondence for inquiries made by Users to external contractors.
・When outsourcing email correspondences etc with Users to external contractors.
・When outsourcing statistical analysis of surveys from Users to external contractors.

(4) Disclosure of information under special conditions
This Site's operators may disclose the User's personal information under the following special conditions.
・In cases where disclosure of information is requested based on law from public offices such as a court, a public prosecutor's office, a police office or similar.
・In the event that conditions falling under the "Okinawa Prefecture Personal Information Protection Act"(Link below (Japanese only) occurs.

(5) About the management of personal information
Proper management will be taken in handling the personal information of Users and This Site's operators will take all possible measures to prevent leakage, loss, falsification and similar of such information. Additionally, depending on the purpose of its use, the retention period of personal information is separately determined, and information will be discarded in an appropriate manner after the expiration of said period.

(6) Amendment of Personal Information etc.
The User (limited only to himself), may request a "Purpose of Use of Personal Information" report, or request that disclosure, amendment, addition, deletion and/or suspension of registered personal information is taken, as well as suspension the provision of personal information to third parties. (This is hereinafter referred to as "Amendment of Personal Information etc.")

・Cases where there is concern for the the actual user's or third parties' lives, physical wellbeing, assets as well as rights/interests
・Cases where there is concern that considerable hindrance will be caused to the appropriate implementation of this service
・Cases where laws would be breached as a result
・Furthermore, in cases where significant expenses are required for the relevant Amendment of Personal Information etc., as well as cases where the execution of Amendment of Personal Information etc. presents a difficulty, the Amendment of Personal Information etc. does not apply, if necessary substituting measures are taken to protect the user's rights/ interests.

(7) Application and changes in the privacy policy
It is understood that this Privacy Policy explains how the personal information is handled on This Site and Users of This Site and its services fully understand and agree to the contents of this Privacy Policy. Furthermore This Site reserves all rights to change the Privacy Policy at any time.
